Walls and floor are lined with firebrick, helping to retain heat longer and reduce the amount of wood needed during long cooks. This leads to better fuel efficiency, longer-lasting embers, and a more consistent cooking environment. Polished stainless steel trim adds a refined, weather-resistant finish that’s built to withstand the elements.

At the heart of the grill is its adjustable cooking grate, operated by a smooth crank system that allows you to fine-tune your cooking temperature by easily raising or lowering the grill surface above the live fire. Choose from three premium grate styles:

• Laser-cut stainless steel 1/4" thick stainless-steel construction with precision laser-cut perforations for easy maintenance and cleaning. 
• Stainless round rod grates Individually spinning (“free-floating”) rods allow for thermal expansion within the tubular grate frame, resulting in a longer-lasting, low-maintenance grill surface.

Available in 36” x 28" and 48” x 28", this grill is offered as a portable cart version for mobility, or a drop-in island insert ready to integrate into your outdoor kitchen. Due to the laser-cut fabrication process used for this model, custom sizing is not available.
