You can spend over $25K on a sleek pretty Gaucho Grill and I looked at it but it came down to quality and VALUE. JD Fabrications checked every box. Their grills are overbuilt and you will never be disappointed in their product. We also found out that their customer service is second to none and that's hard to find today. We did a stainless drop in Santa Maria with firebox and after all the cooking we've done, there isn't a spot of rust and it cleans up easily with some Barkeepers Friend. We did most, if not all of the upgrades and I recommend that you spend the extra money if you're debating on any upgrades or additions. You'll thank yourself later on...I know I did. The log lighter makes things so easy. The adjustable rotisserie gives you great flexibility and we've done suckling pig on ours. The round rod grate never warps and produces amazing sear marks. Responsive, honest and very high degree of quality. After thoroughly researching options across the country, I am quite certain JD Fabrication was the best choice. You get what you pay for an more from this outfit. I live in Buford, Georgia but took a leap of faith in contracting with JD Fabrications in Santa Maria, California for an Argentine Gaucho Grill Drop-In for my outdoor kitchen. You will be dealing with Lauren Sinor and she is the BEST! Always informative and patient in responding to any inquiry. The grill is magnificent and I get compliments and questions from everyone. Have not used the rotisserie yet but it is scheduled for use over the July 4th holiday. Used it to grill steaks, chicken, seafood, veggies, burgers, and hot dogs. Use firewood as I think it works better than lump charcoal. Great product at fair price, and customer service is impeccable.
