True to the tradition of California’s Central Coast, our grills are engineered by Santa Maria natives with both functionality and longevity in mind. Each unit features:

• A 1/4" thick firebrick-lined firebox with fully folded support lips for longevity and warp resistance.

• 304 grade stainless steel construction for superior rust resistance.

• Compatibility with both wood and charcoal fuels.
