Santa Maria Drop in Frame Inserts are designed to drop into an existing rectangular firebrick opening in your outdoor kitchen. They rest in the opening by hanging from the frame on your countertop.

The Santa Maria Grill Crank mechanism is located on the side of the grill and is used to adjust the height of the cooking surface, allowing for precise temperature control and cooking flexibility. By lowering the cooking surface closer to the fire, you can create a searing hot surface for cooking steaks and other meats.
