We’ve taken everything people love about a traditional Gaucho parrilla and elevated it with modern engineering—creating a portable live-fire grill that outlasts and outperforms typical wood pits or charcoal kettles. Signature Features That Set It Apart

1. Reinforced Firebox

• The firebox is the first point of failure on most grills. Ours is folded into a tub and the end plates are welded fully on all four seams. The firebox is lined on the floor and walls with firebrick. This design strengthens the material to prevent warping.

• We eliminate doors which are another common failure point. There is plenty of room for ash cleanout and adding fuel by elevating the cooking surface.

2. Precise Heat Control

• Build your fire directly in the center, then raise or lower the cooking grate with the large hand wheel.

• Our proprietary ratchet crank securely holds over 250 lbs of weight, locking the grate exactly where you set it.

• Airflow enters naturally from above the rim—no complex vents to adjust or fail.

• Add fuel with the grate lifted, stoke your fire as needed, then lower the grate over glowing embers to finish your cook.

• The spacious upper laser cut rack is perfect for resting, warming, or offloading cooked meats. A wind block (see accessories tab) can be added to channel more heat to the upper rack for low-slow cooking.
