The walls and floor are fully lined with firebrick, which improves heat retention and reduces the amount of wood needed, allowing for longer cook times and more efficient fuel usage. Polished stainless-steel trim adds a refined, weather-resistant finish that stands up to the elements. 

This grill also features adjustable cooking grates, allowing you to fine-tune heat exposure for various cooking techniques. Choose from two grate styles to match your cooking needs:

• Stainless Laser Cut Grates: Flat, perforated grate for a sleek look. Easy to clean, versatile. 

• Stainless Round Rod Grates: Round, spinning rod grate for maximum heat resistance. Each rod can expand and contract as temperatures change. Easy to clean, versatile.

Available in two sizes, 36x28” and 48x28”, the grill can be configured as a portable cart model or a drop-in unit for custom outdoor kitchens. The firebox is 11.5" tall, when measured from underneath the counter lip.

The upper portion of this model breaks down to fit inside the firebox for cost-effective shipping.
