Improve smoke circulation and heat distribution in your smoker with this heavy-duty 3" Exhaust Vent Stack Lowering Kit. Precision laser cut and CNC formed from durable carbon steel, this weld-on adapter lowers the exhaust pickup point inside the cook chamber, encouraging smoke to travel farther across your food before exiting the stack.

Designed for custom smoker fabrication or retrofits, the kit features a formed one-piece body with integrated mounting flanges for strength and easy positioning.

This kit is intended to be welded to the underside of your smoker's top panel and requires welding around the perimeter to completely seal off the original exhaust opening. The airtight weld ensures all exhaust is drawn through the lowered vent for proper smoker performance.

Ships uncoated so it can be welded directly without burning off paint or coatings.

Installation

This lowering kit is designed to be installed inside the cook chamber beneath the existing exhaust opening. Weld the mounting flanges to the underside of the smoker roof and fully weld around the top perimeter to seal the original opening. Once installed, all smoke is directed through the lowered exhaust inlet for improved airflow and smoke distribution.
