Our grills are both designed and fabricated by Santa Maria natives. They’re inspired by a barbecue tradition born on California’s Central Coast in the 1800s. That legacy lives on in every weld and every flame. We offer our Single Crank Santa Maria Style Grills in 36" and 48" sizes. Both are ideal for cooking over live fire with friends and family. They’re built tough to handle heavy use. Our single crank system lets you control heat with ease. Raise or lower the cooking grate to hit the perfect temperature. Each grill works with both wood and charcoal for flexible fuel options.

Welded Firebox – Fully formed with four solid sides for unmatched durability. Heavy Duty 1/4" material, about the thickness of 4 pennies.

Height Adjustment – Crank system offers smooth, precise grate control and easy ash cleanout.

Airflow System – Top-entry airflow boosts heat and efficiency for faster cooking.

Build your fire right on the firebrick-lined base. Adjust the grate with the side hand wheel to fine-tune temperature. Need to add fuel? Just raise the grate and toss on more wood and/or charcoal. When you’re done, lift the grate and shovel out the ash. Simple as that.
